Ezra is a healthcare professional with a strong foundation in data analytics and enterprise strategy. With experience spanning academic medicine and health system operations, he is passionate about utilizing technology and data to drive more equitable and efficient care delivery. Ezra’s clients appreciate his unique ability to bridge technical insights with strategic action to deliver realistic, sustainable solutions. At ECG, Ezra led an initiative to develop an interactive Microsoft Power BI tool that integrates public community-level data into enterprise planning to enhance the firm’s ability to deliver more comprehensive market analyses. In addition, Ezra has supported clients on various strategic initiatives, such as provider needs assessments and community health planning. He recently partnered with a large nonprofit health system in Texas to conduct community health needs assessments, integrating community-level data and providing data-driven insights to help the organization identify and address population health priorities. Before joining ECG, Ezra worked as a research assistant at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he developed a machine learning risk model to predict emergency department readmissions and supported patient safety efforts by conducting root cause analyses following sentinel events.
