Jon's diverse background in public accounting, community health, and integrated delivery systems enables him to view problems through multiple lenses and deliver comprehensive, holistic solutions. He excels at distilling complex situations down to their key elements. Trained as a management coach, Jon brings genuine curiosity to his engagements and understands the importance of identifying the facts and ensuring the problem at hand is accurately and appropriately defined. Jon seeks the possibility in every situation, and above all, his clients value the relational approach he brings to his work.

At ECG, Jon helps provider organizations make analytically informed financial decisions, resulting in over $20 million in labor productivity cost savings for his clients. Jon excels at partnering with leadership teams to ensure identified solutions can be implemented and sustained within their organization's clinical and operational environments. He also supports physician compensation work, including recently helping a large radiology employer convert its productivity measurement to a proprietary internal work-unit schedule that positioned it to manage efficiency gains equitably. In addition, Jon's demand and capacity models have been used to advise numerous clients on facility and capital asset investments. Prior to joining ECG, Jon served as the assistant director of health equity at Cone Health.
