Jake has led and supported numerous margin improvement initiatives, with a particular focus on workforce management strategies that drive sustainable results, as well as projects related to physician compensation redesign and administration. As a result of his proven ability to build and lead agile teams and gain the trust of key stakeholders, Jake often plays a pivotal role within the project management office, ensuring seamless collaboration between ECG and client leadership. His contributions span operational planning, program management, executive-level reporting, performance tracking, and advanced data analytics. Before joining ECG, Jake was a multisystem hospital operations director at Ascension Health, during which time he was responsible for managing over 500 support service employees at nine Ascension Health. Prior to his time in the industry, Jake was a captain in the United States Army.
