He has served as a trusted adviser to numerous hospitals and health systems, supporting them through the development of effective strategies to optimize revenue service capture and achieve long-term financial sustainability. John uses his strong foundation in analytics and performance optimization to provide actionable, experience-based guidance to help organizations overcome their most complex financial and operational challenges.

John has led a wide range of mid–revenue cycle clinical initiatives and has served as an interim revenue integrity director at several leading healthcare institutions. Before joining ECG, John worked as a senior consultant for Impact Advisors, where his work focused on identifying clinical service capture opportunities, quantifying financial net revenue benefit, and optimizing Epic operational workflows. He consistently implemented sustainable, best practice processes, training, and operational guidance to improve clinical documentation accuracy and ensure complete clinical service capture for care provided, generating a total of more than $150 million in recurring annual net revenue for his clients.
