Jacob works with clients to ensure they remain competitive and have the data necessary to make informed decisions in this highly regulated, complex healthcare landscape.

Prior to joining ECG, Jacob worked as a consultant in Gallagher's Physician Compensation and Valuation Practice. There, he gained significant experience with the data that underpins physician and APP practice management and compensation models through his work expanding and refining physician and APP compensation survey offerings. In addition, Jacob has a strong background in providing comprehensive fair market value and commercial reasonableness assessments and assisting clients with the design of new compensation models, particularly those implemented in the wake of mergers and acquisitions as well as changes to the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule.
