Jajuan also has experience developing financial and operating models to quantify opportunity and guide optimization efforts to help health systems expand their value-based care capabilities and contract portfolios with capitation, value-based, and risk-based contracts. In one such case, his efforts drove $10 million in incremental improvement for a midsize health system in its first year, supported by gains in quality performance and total cost of care.
