His work spanned market assessments, value-based care strategy, operating model design, and performance improvement initiatives, through which he identified over $300 million in value across enterprise inpatient and outpatient optimization efforts. Jajuan also has experience developing financial and operating models to quantify opportunity and guide optimization efforts to help health systems expand their value-based care capabilities and contract portfolios with capitation, value-based, and risk-based contracts. In one such case, his efforts drove $10 million in incremental improvement for a midsize health system in its first year, supported by gains in quality performance and total cost of care.
