Koll is motivated by a deep passion for healthcare and a belief in its ability to improve lives when health systems operate efficiently and equitably. He enjoys working on complex problems that require both analytical thinking and thoughtful collaboration. He takes pride in building strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike. Koll's clinical and business experience reflects his commitment to making a tangible difference in how care is delivered, whether through developing financial models, drafting strategic plans, or responding to 911 calls.

Before joining ECG, Koll worked at Spinnaker Life Sciences Strategy Consulting. His projects ranged from mapping the global market opportunity for a preclinical bioprinting company to revising a 153 page business plan for a $30 million cancer center in East Africa. In a prior role at Goodlife Pharmacy in Rwanda, Koll worked on business development and expansion planning for a network of 13 pharmacy locations. There, he assisted with the rollout of a drone-based prescription delivery program that now distributes over 2,500 doses per month to rural clinics, cutting delivery times by 60%. Koll also serves part time as an EMT/firefighter responding to more than 40 emergency calls each week. This frontline experience has given him a direct understanding of how healthcare delivery works—insights that continue to shape how he approaches consulting problems.
