Since cofounding Lumina Health Partners in 2018, Lucy and her team have served as trusted advisers to provider organizations navigating increasing financial pressures, workforce challenges, and the shift toward value-based care. Her work focuses on enabling strong performance in value-based programs through the alignment of clinical, operational, and financial strategies, supported by enterprise-wide planning, physician-hospital alignment, clinical and practice transformation, ambulatory revenue cycle optimization, and coding and clinical documentation improvement initiatives. Prior to cofounding Lumina, Lucy served as the vice president for GE Healthcare Partners and was the founder and president of a practice management consulting firm. Lucy is an industry-renowned thought leader who has been featured in numerous healthcare industry publications, including hfm, MGMA, ACHE, AAPL, and AMGA, writing on topics such as value-based care, ambulatory coding and revenue cycle management, and alternative payment models.
