Lucas is passionate about helping his clients improve efficiencies and reduce costs, using his strong finance background, analytical expertise, and experience conducting analyses on complex datasets to extract valuable insights and articulate them to key stakeholders to help them make informed decisions. Before joining ECG, Lucas worked as a commercial banking credit analyst intern for BMO Harris Bank's Diversified Industries Group. In this role, Lucas was responsible for reviewing and standardizing annual financial statements from a portfolio of over 250 clients, assessing risk profiles, and forecasting clients' future financial performance to guide the bank’s decision-making.
