Prior to joining ECG, Louis served in high-level operations and strategy roles at multiple provider organizations, earning a reputation as an outcomes-driven industry thought leader capable of planning, designing, and executing a wide-breadth of key initiatives related to compensation design and organizational alignment, access, service line development, and physician practice consolidation across various settings. Notable examples of Louis's work include redesigning physician compensation in alignment with organizational goals for a large integrated health system; developing a CV service line with an affiliate hospital for a large health system in Wisconsin, which led to an increase in market share from 11% to 39% in a key growth market; and designing and implementing multiple patient access initiatives, most recently helping a health system in Chicagoland realize a 12% increase in new patients across the physician enterprise.
