Lauren is a driven, detail-oriented healthcare leader with strong experience in strategic visioning, hospital operations, and project management. She is passionate about guiding hospitals and health systems through enterprise-level transformation in response to the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. Grounded in deep operational expertise, Lauren's collaborative approach engages physicians, nurses, C-suite leaders, and frontline teams to develop strategically aligned, actionable recommendations that advance organizational priorities, strengthen system capabilities, and deliver meaningful improvements for organizations and their patients.
Prior to joining ECG, Lauren worked at Nicklaus Children's Health System (NCHS), where she managed 10 primary care centers. In this role, she led key strategic initiatives, collaborating with senior leadership to shape a multiyear strategic plan for a primary care service line and develop center-level growth plans. Lauren also spearheaded operational initiatives across the centers, partnering with frontline teams to track and close HEDIS care gaps, achieve PCMH recognition, and introduce new services, resulting in improved care quality and system-wide alignment. Before that, Lauren was part of the NCHS executive leadership team as an administrative fellow, during which time she expanded her project management capabilities by launching a $1 million outpatient clinic and implementing a stroke clinical effectiveness pathway that improved coordination between interdisciplinary teams, resulting in more timely, effective care for stroke patients.
