Mike's experience working with teaching hospitals and schools of medicine (SOMs), coupled with his background in strategic planning, is useful to organizations as they look to maximize the depth and breadth of current services, explore new service offerings, or engage in affiliations or collaborations. With deep knowledge of academic medical center (AMC) strategy, finances, and operations, Mike helps AMC stakeholders develop innovative strategies and solutions while maintaining financial sustainability. At ECG, Mike's work has encompassed AMC affiliation development, funds flow redesign and implementation, SOM performance improvement, and research enterprise development.
