Miranda supports healthcare clients through data-driven analyses and operational improvements. She uses her background in hospital finance and operations, paired with her education in population health, to help her teams identify opportunities, enhance processes, and deliver high-quality solutions for clients.
Prior to ECG, Miranda was an associate at Northwell Health. There, she partnered with leadership on initiatives related to finance, patient access, clinical departments, and ambulatory partnerships. She used her data analysis and project management skills to support strategic budget planning, find cost-saving opportunities, improve hospital throughput and capacity, and increase overall operational efficiency. Examples of these efforts included leading the strategic development and launch of a fibroid program, implementing a patient tracking system to promote follow-through for vascular testing, and optimizing workflows for the lung cancer screening program. She also facilitated imaging and endoscopy process enhancements and supported hospital budget development through financial and operational analyses.
