Marc is a healthcare strategy and consulting leader with more than 25 years of experience driving growth across the healthcare sector, including for payers, payviders, TPAs, health management organizations, and health technology companies. He has been an adviser to every national carrier, 25 Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, and numerous local and regional insurers. Marc specializes in customer and market strategy, product innovation, market expansion, and go-to-market planning. He is known for aligning key internal functions to deliver measurable results in acquisition, retention, and market share while maximizing the customer’s lifetime value.
Before joining ECG, Marc was the founder and CEO of Stonegate Advisors, a boutique consulting and analytics firm that helped healthcare organizations capture growth opportunities and strengthen customer relationships. Marc has deep experience working across all segments, including the individual under-65, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial fully insured and self-insured markets. Marc also created STAMP, an AI-enabled SaaS platform that gave clients real-time insight into their sentiment and retention risks, enabling them to take targeted actions to improve performance. He advised his clients’ executive teams on strategic planning, business and product innovation, and digital enablement, while overseeing market research programs—such as segmentation, conjoint analysis, competitive intelligence, and brand and sentiment tracking.
