Having partnered with health systems, specialty providers, and payer-aligned organizations, Mohammed has the expertise necessary to help clients streamline workflows, implement technology-enabled solutions, and drive sustainable change. He combines firsthand, provider-side experience with strategic consulting insight, allowing him to bridge the gap between frontline operations and high-level planning. Before joining ECG, Mohammed completed a healthcare delivery consulting residency with the Kinetix Group, where he assisted with a national Alzheimer's disease care model project, optimizing workflows across multiple health systems to standardize care pathways, enhance provider team coordination, and build scalable care delivery models. Mohammed also served as an operations coordinator at Michigan Health Specialists. In this role, he led the implementation of Epic MyChart across the system to improve patient engagement, conducting onboarding sessions for new hires and focused training for front-office staff to boost enrollment.
