Max excelled in his previous role as an associate consultant at Concord. There, he supported a healthcare strategy recommendation project related to dental software that saved the client millions of dollars in product development. He also facilitated the flow of data from a healthcare insurance client, improving communication times. Prior to working at Concord, Max interned as a business and data analyst to enhance work processes at U.S. Bank. He presented call center data findings, found through extensive Python data analysis, to senior leaders. This data helped the bank determine new call procedures to better support all its customers.
