Before joining ECG, Megan was the corporate finance director at Adventist Health. She conducted thorough annual reviews of over 1,000 physicians and advanced practice providers, evaluating performance compared to annual compensation benchmarks. Based on these insights, she successfully recommended strategic adjustments to pay structures to ensure their alignment with organizational compensation philosophies and financial goals. Prior to that, Megan served as a corporate manager at New York-Presbyterian, where she developed and led a centralized team of analysts responsible for designing and administering provider contracts across four hospital regions. Megan also partnered with the IT team to build an internal standardized provider incentive compensation dashboard that streamlined payment processes and significantly improved the accuracy and timeliness of payments.
