Paru’s experience with strategic planning and process improvement allows her to resolve challenging financial, operational, and strategic matters impacting organizations today. She has also gained experience with custom surveys—from creation of the surveys to delivery of the final product. In a time when healthcare organizations are inundated with information, clients value Paru’s unique ability to manipulate and simplify data so that it is easy to understand and use, which she presents by way of transparent, interactive models and scenarios. Prior to joining ECG, Paru was a healthcare valuation manager at Acclaim Physician Group, where she supported the development of a variety of healthcare partnerships, including joint ventures, joint operating agreements, comanagement agreements, and other physician enterprise growth opportunities, by analyzing and planning for the financial effects of the associated investments and expected returns. Before Acclaim, Paru worked as a manager of Finance at CHRISTUS Physician Group and as a senior financial analyst at HealthTexas Provider Network, conceptualized and created a patent-pending, real-time provider dashboard, and also oversaw efforts to streamline operational procedures, ultimately reducing the average compensation model delivery time frame by 33%.
