Rob is a healthcare executive and adviser with deep experience in health system strategic growth, provider strategy, M&A, and ambulatory and physician enterprise development. Having held senior leadership roles within health systems, physician organizations, and healthcare-focused private equity platforms, Rob brings a well-rounded perspective to help boards, executives, and physician leaders evaluate growth opportunities; effectively structure transactions; and execute strategies that align clinical, operational, and financial objectives.

Rob has more than 20 years of experience advising and leading healthcare organizations across the full continuum of care, with a focus on ambulatory strategy, physician alignment, and health system strategic growth. His experience spans both not-for-profit and for-profit environments, giving him a practical, execution-oriented approach to complex strategic and operational challenges. Before joining ECG, Rob was the managing director of healthcare at IRA Capital, where he was responsible for developing the firm's healthcare investment strategy, overseeing platform growth, and managing partnerships with health systems and physician groups nationwide. Prior to that, Rob held senior leadership roles at Hoag Health System/Hoag Orthopedic Institute, Providence St. Joseph Health, and United Surgical Partners International, supporting each of these organizations through a wide range of strategic planning, M&A, clinical expansion, physician alignment, and payer strategy initiatives.
