Ryan uses his experience leading FP&A teams and facilitating billing, collections, and sales-related initiatives to craft tailored compensation models, including multispecialty, RVU, and value-based approaches, for his clients. Ryan has held various consultant and business ownership positions throughout his career, affording him a unique perspective that drives effective client engagement and retention.
Over the course of his 14 years in healthcare consulting, Ryan has developed extensive expertise in physician compensation, operations management, and financial and strategic planning. Before ECG, Ryan managed the finance, accounting, and billing departments at a Dallas-based practice management and consulting firm. During his tenure, Ryan served as the VP of finance and accounting at StratiFi Health, where he provided invaluable strategic guidance and oversaw the development of compensation models, production dashboards, and expense management systems. Ryan also facilitated the expansion of a premier independent family practice from 8 providers to over 75 by building robust compensation models that integrated APP utilization and ancillary components to enhance quality payments.
