With over 20 years of experience aligning human capital strategy to key business priorities, Rosie manages top-performing and highly engaged teams dedicated to workforce planning, talent development, performance management, employee relations, and talent acquisition. As a trusted thought partner to the leadership team, she has led change initiatives impacting organizational growth, strategy implementation, and cultural advancement, and she is a driving factor behind the employee experience, developing and implementing programs that will attract, motivate, and retain the firm’s personnel.
Throughout her career, Rosie has used a data-driven approach to identify industry trends and recommend proactive, people-centered solutions. At ECG, Rosie led the organizational redesign of the human resources functions, which included creating a talent development department and integrating the talent acquisition team to support the firm’s business priorities more efficiently. Other notable achievements include developing strategies to support business growth, including role creation, KPI establishment, talent movement, and job architecture, and identifying frameworks to address retention risks.
