She brings a systematic, data-driven approach to planning and execution, thoughtfully engaging the right clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders to ensure initiatives are well designed and successfully implemented.

By aligning strategy with execution, Sindi helps organizations navigate supply chain challenges and delivers resilient solutions that protect patients, support caregivers, and generate sustainable financial results. Prior to joining ECG, Sindi served as vice president of supply chain operations at Vizient. In this role, she led the supply chain consulting team, collaborating with provider organizations nationwide to drive operational efficiencies and performance improvements. Sindi is a frequent author on supply chain trends and performance and has been featured in leading industry publications such as Trailblazers, Healthcare Dive, and Becker's Hospital Review. She was also named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Tampa.
