Shelley has more than 25 years of healthcare finance experience, with a strong background in statistical analysis, financial projections, operating and capital budget coordination, and system benchmarking. At ECG, her work focuses on physician compensation and financial and operational benchmarking. Shelley previously worked at SSM Health as a senior analyst in hospital operations; SullivanCotter as a survey manager; and Hospital Sisters Health System in Belleville, Illinois, where she led an implementation team to train end users on time and attendance systems.
