Selina is a dynamic, results-oriented leader with an extensive background in ACGME program development and accreditation, feasibility assessments, and operational strategy. She has comprehensive experience designing and implementing scalable GME programs that are compliant with accreditation standards and foster innovation and excellence in medical education. Selina is adept at utilizing data-driven insights to optimize program effectiveness, resource allocation, and long-term sustainability. She is passionate about driving excellence in research administration, education, and data management to deliver impactful and actionable results that improve healthcare outcomes.
Before joining ECG, Selina was the assistant vice president of research administration at HCA Healthcare. In this role, she oversaw the development and alignment of the research portfolio for the GME program and spearheaded the development of a comprehensive research infrastructure within a rapidly expanding national GME program. Her work contributed to a 2,000% increase in scholarly work across the enterprise and the development and accreditation of more than 350 successfully implemented GME programs. Prior to HCA Healthcare, Selina served as the research department manager for Foundations Recovery Network, where she led the creation and operational management of the group’s centralized research department.
