Before joining ECG, Ted worked at Elevance Health, where he developed and managed a comprehensive CDM audit process that spanned more than 1,600 facilities, achieving an average of $30 million in annual cost-of-care savings over three years. Prior to that, he held revenue cycle–related leadership positions at Parallon and Catholic Health Partners (now Bon Secours Mercy Health), where he built and led departments focused on financial analysis and contract modeling, oversaw enterprise workflow implementations, and introduced IT process improvements to reduce labor and vendor costs and streamline payment processes.
