Trevor is a results-driven professional with extensive experience providing financial management within the healthcare industry. His ability to connect the dots between strategic initiatives, operational decisions, and financial performance allows Trevor to tailor his approach to his clients' most pressing needs. Trevor's focus on provider compensation, productivity, and medical group optimization is driven by his goal to align incentives among healthcare payers, providers, and consumers.

Since joining ECG in 2021, Trevor has advised a wide range of organizations, including large integrated health systems, private equity–backed medical groups, and community physician practices, on provider enterprise strategy, compensation design and administration, governance, and operational optimization. He specializes in helping organizations scale effectively by building the standardized processes, policies, and structures necessary and then implementing them using proven change management strategies tailored to each client's unique needs. His collaborative approach brings diverse stakeholders together to address complex challenges, drive consensus, and deliver pragmatic solutions. Most recently, Trevor oversaw the complete overhaul of a Midwest health system's governance programs and compensation frameworks to streamline decision-making and improve transparency and physician retention. Prior to joining ECG, Trevor led financial performance services for Catalyst Health Group, where he acted as an adviser or interim CFO to clients on projects related to compensation administration and design, revenue cycle performance, provider productivity, data analytics, expense management, and strategic decision support.
