Before joining ECG, Vignesh worked as an operations manager for Texas Institute for Neurological Disorders, a neurological specialty group composed of approximately 40 providers. In this role, he oversaw daily operations across the practice's 10 clinics in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and provided operational efficiency support via a variety of critical initiatives, including modernizing workflows, expanding recruitment practices, and managing provider credentialing. Additionally, Vignesh utilized EHR data to evaluate staff performance on CMS's Merit-Based Incentive Payment System quality measures, identifying documentation deficiencies that could negatively impact provider reimbursement. This analysis informed targeted process improvements to enhance measure capture and maximize value-based payment adjustments.
