Through his diverse experience spanning internal finance, strategic operations, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), Zach provides clients with valuable insights to help them navigate the industry's current challenges. His background in complex financial transactions enables him to assist organizations in identifying strategic partnerships, enhancing financial reporting processes, and uncovering operational changes that will yield significant fiscal savings and improve performance.

Zach delivers particular value in pro forma development and capital allocation strategy. As an intern at ECG, he supported practice assessments, M&A transactions, and pro forma review and validation. Before ECG, Zach served as a financial manager at Mount Sinai Health System, where he led the fiscal modeling for an operational expansion exceeding $50 million for the system’s pharmacy department. In this role, Zach also built financial models to expand 340B pharmacies in underserved communities and support initiatives aimed at improving access to specialty medications. Prior to that, he worked in the finance department at Ochsner Health, advising on the successful financial turnaround of two hospital departments through improved staffing efficiency and supplier analytics.
