Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Objectives

ECG invests in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as an integrated business strategy to strengthen internal operations and efficiency while driving results for our clients. Our DEI initiatives are guided by three objectives: awareness, inclusivity, and viewing diversity as a strength.

Awareness

We recognize that diversity comes in many forms, including and extending beyond gender, gender identity and expression, ethnicity, ability, sexual orientation, age, religion, and cultural heritage. Through open and honest dialogue, as well as investment in educational efforts, we help all our colleagues increase their awareness of diversity and contribute to an inclusive culture.

Inclusivity

We are not satisfied until every employee feels a true sense of belonging and support at ECG. Sustaining an inclusive workplace is foundational to our culture.

We enable everyone to express their individuality, and we have programs to develop diverse leaders and teams. This strengthens our firm and helps us be a better partner to our clients.

Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee

Our DEI Advisory Committee represents a broad cross-section of our firm at every level. This group works directly with our CEO, Head of DEI, and senior leaders to shape policy and advance initiatives to achieve the above objectives.
