Cultural Connections empowers employees of diverse ethnic and racial backgrounds with opportunities to cultivate leadership skills, network professionally, develop career skills, and build community. This group of employees strives to address biases and strengthen business relationships through the lens of multiculturalism.

Engage, Empower, and Elevate (E3) creates a space for early-career employees at ECG to cultivate their leadership skills and build community. Through programs that center networking, mentoring, culture building, and career advancement, E3 members are empowered to be the leaders of tomorrow.

Pride 365 promotes an inclusive and safe workplace environment for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) individuals and their allies. This group of peers works collectively to promote professional and career development opportunities through advocacy and awareness events.

Enabled promotes an inclusive work environment where individuals with diverse abilities, including the disability community and their allies, use their perspectives and lived experience to build connections, foster understanding, and thrive at ECG.

ECG Cares offers a place of community for ECG employees who have direct or indirect military affiliations and for those who have parental and caregiver responsibilities. United by service, this group offers programs, discussions, events, and resources that enhance the personal and professional development of employees balancing work-life responsibilities.

SHE focuses on ensuring that ECG is an employer of choice for women to work and advance their careers. This community leverages mentorship, leadership development, connection, allyship, and partnerships to support women in the workplace and promote the importance of inclusion and belonging for members of SHE.
