›Naya has spent more than 25 years in the healthcare industry and 22 years in consulting. She has devoted her career to working with ASCs, surgical hospitals, and other surgical practices. As the head of ECG’s Ambulatory Surgery practice, Naya serves as a trusted adviser to ASC and hospital leaders at a time when patient care is increasingly shifting to the outpatient setting. Naya has a proven track record as a strategic adviser to clients in ASC operations, managed care contracting, site-of-service (SOS) analysis, surgery migration, reimbursement, and business analysis. Moreover, her expertise in ASC operations, reimbursement, and payment systems has been instrumental in her success leading projects with clients introducing cardiology in ASCs and developing hybrid OBL-ASCs. She has provided direction to a number of national health organizations on managed care contracting issues, integration of ASCs into health systems, the revenue implications associated with evolving payment systems and structures, and the financial implications of surgery migration by SOS. She is an industry leader who serves on several national and state boards for ambulatory surgery and publishes frequently on the topics of ASC business operations and managed care contracting. Naya has also led contract negotiations that have resulted in savings to payers while identifying revenue opportunities for providers.

Before joining ECG, Naya was the founder and chief executive officer of Eveia Health, a firm specializing in ASC operations, managed care contract negotiation, and business analysis. Prior to founding Eveia, Naya served in a number of executive leadership roles in ASC corporations and surgical hospitals. She is a guest lecturer at Yale University School of Public Health and in 2015 was a recipient of the Winslow Centennial Honor Roll for Excellence and Service award
