Having worked at one of the nation’s top-ranked, not-for-profit academic medical centers, Ryan is passionate about developing best-in-class healthcare delivery models and processes that are also financially pragmatic.
Before joining ECG, Ryan worked as a senior associate in Network Development and Strategic Partnerships at Boston Children’s Hospital (BCH), where he was a critical contributor to the design of BCH’s national growth strategy and led the projections, modeling, and maintenance of the hospital’s national revenue budget, which exceeds $100 million annually. With the goal of fueling BCH’s national growth, Ryan led market benchmarking analyses to identify priority markets and generate allocation recommendations related to a $2 million national marketing budget. In addition, he played an essential role in establishing BCH’s CareConnect, a business-to-business care coordination and decision support platform, and facilitated the onboarding of the program’s first clients, which accounted for more than five million covered lives.
