Sean's experience in strategic and financial planning, service line development, and hospital/physician alignment has made him a trusted advisor to providers navigating the complexities of a value-based care delivery. Since joining ECG in 2007, Sean has focused on helping organizations achieve successful hospital/physician acquisitions, implement strategic planning initiatives, and ensure appropriate physician compensation. He assisted a health system composed of a 350-member physician group and a 250,000-member health plan with its acquisition and integration of a 325-bed hospital, and facilitated another health system's acquisition of a 100-member multispecialty physician group. His clients appreciate his ability to communicate with and build consensus among hospital leadership and physician stakeholders.
Sean is co-leader of the firm's transaction advisory service, which focuses on developing and disseminating the firm's thought leadership in the areas of transaction planning, facilitation, and implementation.
