Baley is a healthcare professional with an established track record of optimizing hospital and medical group performance and providing advanced data analytics. He has a deep understanding of provider compensation compliance and design, which he calls upon to perform fair market value (FMV) and commercial reasonableness (CR) assessments and help hospitals and health systems work through complex payment model challenges. Baley has a passion for helping clients to navigate the obstacles their organization may be facing. He strives to help his clients improve their provider compensation function and achieve an optimized physician enterprise.
At ECG, Baley's primary focus has been on developing physician compensation valuations.
