She brings a distinctive ability to engage physicians as true partners in change—building trust, translating data into action, and codeveloping solutions that drive quality care and improved financial performance. Her career is defined by delivering sustainable, measurable results at the intersection of clinical practice and strategic execution through stakeholder alignment. Beth has over 20 years of experience as a healthcare transformation executive. An expert in enhancing operating margins and aligning organizational resources to drive best practice margin per case across diverse health systems, Beth has executed more than 100 margin improvement initiatives nationwide. Prior to ECG, she served as the chief performance officer for a consortium of independent hospitals, orchestrating initiatives that yielded over $80 million in annual recurring value by consolidating purchasing power and addressing shared revenue and quality challenges. Before that, Beth served as the chief operating officer for an academic medical center–led joint venture, where her work focused on enhancing service line financial and clinical performance across more than 120 member organizations.
