Before joining ECG, Jared was a manager at Zitra Healthcare Partners, where he helped healthcare organizations improve performance, drive cost savings, and streamline operations. Examples of notable project work include developing an interactive database for AllSpire Health Partners that offered insights into historical spending patterns and suggested opportunities for cost savings based on comparative peer pricing and successfully managing over 50 separate initiatives related to surgical, pharmaceutical, nursing, and purchased services areas for CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Health System to generate approximately $4.8 million in annual savings for the system’s two East Texas hospitals.
