John has spent more than 25 years developing thoughtful solutions to create opportunities and solve problems for healthcare provider organizations. His clients include national and regional health systems, academic medical centers, and community hospitals. The diversity of John's experience helps him see the big picture and perspectives of the many stakeholders involved in the projects he is asked to guide. His base is finance and business planning, and he has led large performance improvement initiatives with strategic, operational, and IT components. The majority of his engagements involve collaboration among provider organizations, often resulting in transactions, joint ventures, or other mutually beneficial financial arrangements.

Over the past several years, John has focused on using his broad experience to help his clients chart the best path to enhance their strategic position, achieve organizational growth, and optimize financial performance. Engagements he personally leads include strategic and financial planning and implementation assistance related to provider collaboration, physician network development, clinical service lines, and ambulatory surgery.
