Jennifer is a healthcare administration professional with a compassionate, detail-oriented approach that enables her to navigate complex institutional structures and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve sustainable change. She has worked closely with executives, physicians, and frontline staff and holds a broad perspective on clinical operations, finance, AMC physician alignment, and strategic planning. Jennifer is skilled at using data analytics and market trends to develop strategies that help her clients improve access to care, increase patient volume, and foster brand growth. She is passionate about building strong teams by ensuring team members are supported and empowered to enhance high-quality patient care.

Prior to joining ECG, Jennifer held various positions at UT MD Anderson Cancer Center and Johns Hopkins Medicine. Jennifer built her foundation in clinical research administration at MD Anderson by overseeing regulatory and protocol compliance for more than 10 oncology clinical trials and $15 million in grant funding.At Johns Hopkins Medicine, Jennifer was selected as one of three individuals to complete an administrative fellowship. After her fellowship, she managed numerous teams across three hospitals, three ambulatory surgery centers, and the only burn center in Maryland on an annual operating budget of $27 million. Through her year-over-year efforts in patient access and revenue cycle management, she reduced new-patient median lag days by 9%, improved block utilization by 25%, and increased net collections by 14%. She was also a key figure in expanding gender-affirming surgical care, breast reconstruction, craniofacial maxillofacial surgery, and microsurgery through operational redesign and physician recruitment. Over three years, these initiatives drove a 31% increase in outpatient volume, a 30% increase in surgical volume, and measurable gains in physician productivity with the transition to an RVU-based compensation model.
