Leslie Krasne

Senior Manager

I enjoy working with our clients to hone a solid financial strategy for each managed care negotiation and to help build the personal relationships between the parties that will last over the lifetime of the agreement. I believe there is a personal touch required in negotiating managed care contracts, and the relationships I have established with clients and payors over the years is what keeps my own process moving forward.
Leslie is an accomplished healthcare professional whose clients appreciate her unique and flexible approach to problem-solving. She has worked in the healthcare industry for over 25 years, focusing much of her career on managed care contracting and operations. A skilled negotiator with a keen understanding of the financial and analytical nuances of healthcare finance operations, Leslie is highly regarded for her ability to listen to the needs of all parties involved in a negotiation and help them come to an agreement. She believes that the ability to establish solid, trusting relationships is as important to a negotiation as a robust knowledge of the relevant numbers and details, and her clients value the personal touch she brings to these sensitive discussions.

Leslie excels at de novo ASC negotiations. Calling on her expertise and problem-solving skills, Leslie helps new ASC management teams navigate the challenges of opening a new center as they relate to payer contract negotiations, operational needs, and payer methodology education for business office staff and ASC administrators. Leslie also has experience guiding physician group practices and ancillary providers through complex payer negotiations for the provision of additional reimbursement that covers not only existing cases but also new lines of business. Before joining ECG, Leslie was a senior associate with Eveia Health, a firm specializing in ASC operations, business analysis, and managed care contracting.
