Trevin is a healthcare consulting professional with valuable experience helping provider organizations generate revenue and improve financial operations. At a time when healthcare entities are increasingly asked to capture more data, clients appreciate Trevin’s ability to utilize this information to identify and solve complex problems. Through his work with hospitals, large health systems, and federally qualified health clinics (FQHCs), Trevin has been exposed to a wide variety of organizational challenges, and he is passionate about empowering his client partners as he works with them to find and implement impactful solutions.
Before joining ECG, Trevin worked at Huron Consulting Group. As a healthcare consulting analyst, Trevin partnered with Baylor Scott & White Health to outsource 400 back-office positions in an effort to improve efficiencies and increase revenue. In doing so, Trevin managed the transition of over 200,000 accounts, ultimately saving the organization millions of dollars in labor costs. Prior to joining Huron Consulting Group, Trevin attended Texas A&M University’s School of Public Health. During his time in the graduate program, he interned at Protiviti and HealthPoint, working on various projects such as assisting a health system with its year-end audit, executing EHR quality improvement initiatives, and obtaining a Patient-Centered Medical Home designation for an FQHC.
