As part of our 2024 annual provider compensation surveys, ECG is conducting a comprehensive market study on physician and APP pay practices (including incentive design), APP stipend methodologies, work standards, benefits, and recruiting and retention practices. The results of the study will provide valuable insights into industry trends for how medical groups pay providers, current market challenges, and best practices that inform compensation policies and strategic decision-making.
A summary report of the survey findings will be shared with participating organizations and will also complement our key compensation and production findings from nearly 170,000 physicians and APPs from our annual provider compensation surveys. All survey submissions will be maintained in confidence by ECG.
This survey will close on June 7. Responses will be compiled, and findings will be published in the fall.
