Prior to joining ECG, Onur served as the chief digital and analytics officer for St. Luke’s Health System in Boise, Idaho, where he “transformed in place” existing digital capabilities to better serve the organization's digital and analytic needs. His trailblazing approach to analyzing, visualizing, and managing the COVID‑19 crisis earned the interest of the leading technology research firm Gartner, resulting in Onur and his team receiving a best practice in digital and analytics case study. In addition, his work in artificial intelligence achieved awards from AAAI and the Bell International Innovation Award. Moreover, Onur’s efforts in enabling an organization with automation and insights resulted in significant improvements in capacity management, PPE utilization, staff scheduling, and reduced disruption of normal operations.
