As engagement lead in a notable project, Bryan directed teams and collaborated with operational and technical client leadership to contribute to a reduction in outstanding insurance collections by $540 million, a decrease of $194 million in discharged not final billed, and a 16% reduction in accounts that had been outstanding for over 91 days. In other previous consulting roles, using his experience as part of Epic’s Resolute Hospital Billing Implementation Services team, Bryan has provided functional, technical, and operational knowledge of Epic’s billing applications for large hospital systems and multiclinic organizations. His knowledge and approach allow him to build strong and productive relationships with stakeholders across both IT and operational teams.
