Nora has extensive experience working with cancer programs to strategically expand their services and reach, benefiting clients that have an interest in growth, collaboration, and strategic planning. The depth and breadth of Nora’s experience is valuable to programs navigating the dynamic and complex oncology market. Nora has worked with clinical and administrative leaders for numerous cancer programs, which has given her insight into the needs of diverse groups of stakeholders. Her ability to manage and balance the needs of different groups while utilizing data-driven insights and the qualitative elements of a program allows her to assist clients in achieving their project goals.
Before joining ECG, Nora held positions of increasing responsibility at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, leading up to her most recent role as associate director of network management. At Dana-Farber, she oversaw all elements of the hospital’s domestic clinical partnership portfolio, pipeline, and operations, including eight partnerships generating over $4 million in annual revenues. Nora developed and implemented partnership models with healthcare systems, academic medical centers, community hospitals, and physician practices and doubled the size of Dana-Farber’s domestic partnership portfolio in three years. Her cross-functional work included collaborating with individuals in executive and physician leadership, nursing, pharmacy, marketing, finance, and legal (including extensive contract development).
