Jessie brings expertise to every client engagement born from her seven years working in and leading a top-tier AMC’s clinical department. As part of ECG’s Academic Healthcare Division, Jessie focuses on clinical integration and funds flow, specializing in creating inventive, data-driven solutions to the most pressing issues AMCs face today. Her most recent projects have included the start-up of a newly formed faculty group practice, negotiating and planning hospital joint operating agreements and joint ventures, conducting definitive agreement due diligence, redesigning funds flow arrangements among AMCs’ component entities, and developing academic affiliation agreements. Clients value Jessie’s skills in understanding and translating the political complexities of their academic missions to develop culturally feasible solutions.
Prior to joining ECG, Jessie was the administrator for the Institute of Genetic Medicine at Johns Hopkins University, a clinical department of the university encompassing approximately 350 faculty, staff, and students. She was responsible for the oversight and administration of a $65 million budget that included clinical practice management, research and grants administration, service center oversight, and philanthropic endowments.
