He is accomplished in providing IT strategic advisory services to large health systems, academic medical centers, and community hospitals. He is an accomplished strategic adviser with a reputation for delivering pragmatic, objective, and actionable guidance to his clients. Justin has extensive expertise in IT strategic planning, IT department assessments, post-merger IT integration, vendor selections, and modeling and analysis in total cost of ownership and benefits/return on investment. He is a proven team leader who is committed to driving growth and maximizing client success.
Justin’s engagements have been primarily with AMCs, health systems, and community hospitals. As a frequent adviser in information system strategic planning and vendor selection engagements, Justin has deep expertise in the healthcare IT marketplace, with current knowledge of all major technology and EHR and ERP vendors in the acute and ambulatory settings, as well as many niche systems and vendors in analytics, interoperability, and population health. He recently developed an Epic Connect program and pricing model for a community health system, helped establish a strategic IT plan for a state medical school, and supported the development of a laboratory information system strategy for a leading academic health system.
