I’m pleased to share that Lumina Health Partners has joined ECG. The companies will fully integrate but preserve the highly respected Lumina brand in the near term.
Lumina brings a distinguished track record in managed care, and value-based care in particular. ECG is well positioned in these areas, but we’re always looking to innovate with others and add depth to our bench. The challenges and opportunities between and among payers and providers continue to grow and evolve. We need to keep up with market demand and ensure we consistently meet/exceed client expectations. Lumina helps our team do just that, as their expertise and values align very well with ours.
