Community impact is easy to talk about. What makes it meaningful is when people make time for it.
ECG’s Summer Step Up initiative invited employees to use paid time to volunteer in their communities, with a focus on organizations addressing food insecurity. I am proud of how our team responded. Together, ECG employees helped provide or support 44,110 meals, packed and distributed 13,418 pounds of food, harvested fresh produce, served and distributed lunches and bagged meals, and contributed to local neighborhood cleanup efforts.
ECG is built on connection, purpose, and service. Summer Step Up was a powerful reminder that those values are not just words; they are commitments we live out through our actions. We see our clients do this on an even grander scale every day, and their work inspires us. Thank you to everyone who participated this summer, and to everyone who steps up for our communities throughout the year.
Sincerely,
